Role Overview:
As a Floor Leader at Lush, you will be instrumental in supporting the Store Management Team across various operational facets. Your responsibilities will encompass driving sales, managing store operations during opening and closing, analyzing sales performance, and facilitating training sessions for staff. You will collaborate closely with fellow leaders to ensure the store operates smoothly, delivering an outstanding customer experience while maintaining high staff morale and operational excellence.
Your daily activities will primarily take place on the shop floor, where you will lead and motivate a team of sales associates to meet and exceed their sales targets. By nurturing a culture of enthusiasm and positivity, you will contribute to a workspace that is both efficient and enjoyable, resulting in satisfied customers and content employees.
