If you are a compassionate, dynamic, and organized RN with experience in Hospice care, we would love to have you as part of our Hospice Family serving clients in your community!
As a Hospice RN, you will provide essential emotional support, ensuring patients live their final days with dignity and comfort. Your responsibilities will include conducting supervisory visits to assess team members' performance and contributing to interdisciplinary team meetings focused on developing and revising patient care plans.
On-Call Hours Available: 5 PM - 8 AM. This position requires on-call responsibilities with a rotating schedule.
