About the Retail Team:
Our outstanding Retail team delivers a unique shopping experience that sets Rothy’s apart. Our in-store interactions are extraordinary, and so are our team members. They possess deep knowledge of our products and showcase exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every shopping experience is memorable.
We are seeking a Keyholder with sales floor experience who can swiftly learn our policies and procedures. If you are organized, proactive, and eager to engage with customers, this role is perfect for you!
Your Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager.
Master all operational procedures and assist customers with inquiries on the floor.
Oversee the store's opening and closing procedures.
Communicate Rothy’s brand story, values, and mission effectively to customers.
Support store leadership by relaying important updates to Retail Associates.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the entry and display areas.
Supervise vendor activities related to cleaning and store updates.
Share expert knowledge of our brand and products to enhance the customer experience.
