AdvisaCare is on the lookout for an experienced, driven, and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to take on the role of Care Manager and Regional Assistant within our stunning Independent Living Communities in Clinton Township and nearby areas.
This full-time salaried leadership position is perfect for a nurse who possesses Independent Living (IL) or Assisted Living (AL) experience, along with demonstrated management and supervisory capabilities.
In this role, you will:
- Supervise and manage daily operations of a key Independent Living community
- Provide support to regional leadership across multiple IL communities in:
- Profit and loss oversight
- Billing and payroll assistance
- Waiver program administration
- Staffing, scheduling, and recruitment
- Staff orientation and ongoing training
- Compliance and quality assurance measures
- Operational support to foster company growth and stability
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Independent Living/Assisted Living Knowledge – Comprehensive understanding of IL/AL communities and resident needs
- Leadership & Accountability – Proficient in staff supervision, compliance adherence, and sustaining high care standards
- Compliance & Quality Commitment – Passionate about maintaining regulations, policies, and exceptional service delivery
