Join Sienna Investment Managers as a Marketing & Communication Assistant Intern, where you will play a pivotal role in the development and promotion of innovative financial products. This internship offers a unique opportunity to engage in a variety of tasks that contribute to our marketing strategies.
Your responsibilities will include:
Creating commercial documentation for partners and clients, focusing on diverse topics such as new products and ESG initiatives, typically using PowerPoint.
Preparing communication materials, managing media relations, updating the website, and engaging with social media platforms and events.
Facilitating press relations, including organizing press lunches and drafting press releases.
Assisting in organizing both internal and external events, such as round tables, afterworks, trade shows, and webinars.
Conducting competitive analysis to evaluate rival offerings and developing strategic recommendations for Sienna.
Overseeing digital marketing activities, managing the website, social media accounts, and intranet, and executing targeted LinkedIn campaigns.
Coordinating with partners, including press agencies, communication firms, printers, caterers, speakers, trainers, IT, and content production.
