Who We’re Hiring:
Join our Fleet Management Team as a Fleet Driver, where you will play a vital role in safely transporting clients to medical appointments, adult support facilities, and retail pharmacies. As a Fleet Driver, you will provide our clients with the freedom, dignity, and reliable access to care they deserve.

This position is specific to our operations in Staten Island, NY, and candidates must be able to reliably report to local assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport passengers to designated locations.
- Ensure punctual attendance for all scheduled routes and assignments.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Monitor passengers throughout their journey to guarantee a safe and comfortable ride.
- Assist passengers as needed during boarding, exiting, and securing, including wheelchair securement.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the vehicle, adhering to illness prevention protocols.
- Utilize Ride Health’s trip management and mobile applications effectively.
- Communicate any route issues, passenger concerns, or service interruptions to dispatch without delay.
- Ensure all onboard equipment functions correctly and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Administer first aid when necessary, in accordance with training.
- Comply with all safety regulations and policies set forth by state, federal, and Ride Health.
- Document any accidents, incidents, or citations in a timely manner.
- Remain calm and professional in emergency or high-stress situations.
- Participate in required drug and alcohol testing as per company policy.
