Join our team as a Full-Time Member Service Representative in Cañon City, CO. This role requires two weeks of paid training at our Ent/Wings Headquarters in Colorado Springs, CO.
Your availability should align with our operating hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with flexible shifts) and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
In this pivotal role, you will deliver exceptional member service, enhancing satisfaction and retention by guiding members to utilize Ent's extensive array of products and services. Your success will be measured by your ability to conduct accurate transactions, educate members on product offerings, and achieve monthly sales goals. Compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and financial regulations, including BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) and CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau), is essential. The ideal candidate will exhibit excellence in service, communication, product knowledge, sales, and accuracy while adhering to established performance and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding member service through professional interactions, managing basic monetary transactions, new account setups, and account maintenance with a focus on retaining and acquiring members.
- Identify and fulfill member needs by meeting monthly sales standards across all product lines, including deposits, loans, credit and debit cards, investments, and business banking services.
- Complete required training and adhere to safety and service standards set forth in Credit Union Policies and Procedures, as well as relevant financial regulations.
- Stay informed about and comply with policies and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.
