Patient Load: One patient per hour
Salary: $85,000 to $100,000 per year, in addition to comprehensive benefits
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Overview
We are a dedicated outpatient clinic located in Normandy Park, WA, seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will assess patients, identify movement limitations, and provide personalized treatment plans that enable individuals to return to their normal activities, work, and hobbies with enhanced mobility and comfort. This position is ideal for a Physical Therapist who values a serene work setting, consistent hours, and the opportunity for one-on-one patient interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations and establish clear, measurable treatment goals
- Provide tailored physical therapy services based on individual patient assessments and physician referrals
- Utilize clinical expertise to modify treatment plans based on patient progress
- Lead patients through therapeutic exercises, stretching, mobility enhancement, and functional training
- Instruct patients on correct movement techniques and self-care practices
- Maintain meticulous documentation of patient visits in a timely manner
- Foster a collaborative and positive clinic environment through effective communication and teamwork
Qualifications
- Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- Current Washington State Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start date
- Valid CPR certification
- Prior outpatient physical therapy experience is preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and exceptional patient communication skills
- Capacity to manage a full caseload while ensuring high-quality patient care
