About Us
General Medicine is a pioneering, tech-driven medical group committed to delivering all-encompassing adult healthcare via telemedicine. Founded by the visionaries behind PillPack (now part of Amazon Health), we strive to make healthcare as accessible as online shopping. As an early-stage startup, we are rapidly evolving and seeking team members who are eager to influence the future of healthcare delivery from the ground up.
Our Core Values
Patient-Centric Access: We prioritize meeting our patients where they are, informed by evidence-based practices.
Comprehensive Adult Care: We offer urgent, acute, and primary care supported by a network of internal subspecialists, eliminating gatekeeping and advancing care delivery.
Purposeful Technology: Our AI-driven tools streamline intake, documentation, and coordination, allowing clinicians to concentrate on critical decision-making.
Accessible Care: We accept a variety of insurance plans (including Medicare and Medicaid) as well as self-pay options, ensuring a robust framework for referrals, lab work, and scheduling.
