- Progress to roles such as Lead RBT, RBT Supervisor, BCBA, and other positions within our organization.
- Apply for a full scholarship for a Master’s in ABA at Temple University.
- Participate in our BCBA Apprentice Program after 90 days of full-time employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with autism in various settings including home, community, or our centers.
- Teach essential daily living and social skills using evidence-based interventions.
- Collect, organize, and summarize data during sessions accurately.
- Engage in clinical team meetings and continuous training.
- Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, and other team members to meet client needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability to work after-school hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance for providing in-home services.
- A clean background/drug screening and driving record.
- For BT: Must complete our 40-hour RBT training and be eligible to pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire.
- For RBT: Required to attend the necessary training program.
