For ambitious RBTs aiming for career growth, we offer pathways to:
- Progress your RBT career to roles such as Lead RBT, RBT Supervisor, BCBA, and various corporate or clinical positions
- Apply for a full scholarship at Temple University for a Master’s in ABA
- Participate in our BCBA Apprentice Program (available after 90 days of full-time employment)
Your Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with autism in home settings, community environments, or at our newly established centers
- Teach essential daily living and social skills utilizing effective behavioral strategies and evidence-based practices
- Gather, organize, and analyze unbiased data during sessions
- Engage in collaborative clinical team meetings and ongoing professional development
- Execute training and therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Maintain proactive communication and effective collaboration with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, Executive Directors, and other team members to meet client needs
- Perform additional clerical and administrative tasks as needed to support operations
Candidate Requirements
Education/Experience and Additional Criteria
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age of 18 years (21 years or older if based in New Jersey)
- Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance to provide in-home services
- Must pass background checks and drug screenings
- For Behavior Technicians (BT): Willingness to complete our 40-hour RBT full-time paid training course and be eligible to pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hiring
- For Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT): Must attend the mandatory paid training program
