GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
As a Retail Associate at Red Wing Shoe Company, your primary responsibility will be to embody and promote our esteemed brand image through exceptional selling techniques. You will cultivate loyalty and forge enduring relationships with our customers by delivering the Ultimate Fit Experience (UFX) and ensuring a high level of customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guide customers through RWSC’s Ultimate Fit Experience with expertise.
- Recommend suitable accessories and educate customers about their benefits.
- Identify and generate Industrial Sales Leads.
- Meet and exceed daily sales and productivity goals.
- Ensure the sales floor presentation and store signage meet our high standards.
- Commit to continuous learning to maintain product knowledge and operational standards.
- Promote a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to organizational standards and legal regulations.
- Assist in the daily operations of the retail store.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Stay updated with RWSC’s electronic communication software to obtain necessary information.
- Deliver quality service by adhering to our organization’s quality system standards.
- Uphold the core values of Red Wing Shoe Company.
- Exhibit willingness to perform additional tasks as required.
