We are thrilled to announce an opening for a passionate and customer-oriented Retail Sales Consultant to join our Soho Home team at the Westbourne Grove Studio in Notting Hill. As a key member of our retail team, your focus will be on delivering exceptional service to our customers while showcasing your extensive product knowledge.
Main Duties…
- Deliver outstanding customer service to create memorable shopping experiences that foster customer loyalty.
- Warmly greet and assist customers as they browse or purchase products in-store.
- Provide detailed information about products and services available both in-store and online as needed.
- Proactively suggest alternatives when products are unavailable.
- Address customer inquiries professionally, escalating to management when appropriate.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of product offerings and service quality.
- Maximize product potential within the retail environment to drive sales.
- Maintain shop displays, ensuring they are well-stocked and pristine at all times.
- Stay informed about best-selling and slower-moving products to enhance overall sales performance.
- Report sales feedback to the Assistant Manager & Retail Manager.
- Meet daily sales targets as part of the retail team.
- Assist in sourcing products from the back of house when needed.
- Collaborate towards achieving daily and weekly sales goals, reporting to management and finance teams.
- Conduct end-of-day cash reconciliation successfully.
