Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will embody the spirit of our brand: welcoming each customer with care, understanding their needs, and guiding them through a personalized and memorable shopping experience—both in-store and online.
Your contribution will be vital in enhancing the brand's image and achieving sales targets through quality service and trust-building relationships.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service, enriching every customer interaction while promoting the brand, products, and loyalty programs.
Understand customer needs, passionately narrate product stories, and assist them in making the best choices.
Establish long-term relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
Encourage complementary and omnichannel sales (Click&Collect, Seek&Send, in-store tablets).
Actively contribute to achieving team sales targets.
Professionally handle customer inquiries or complaints in collaboration with the manager.
Maintain the order, care, and image of the boutique (front and back) in line with brand standards.
Support the management of omnichannel flows and inventory activities.
Assist in cash management and operational procedures, adhering to company policies.
