Role Overview
As a Sales Advisor, you will embody the role of a Brand Ambassador: warmly welcoming each client, understanding their needs, and guiding them through a personalized and memorable shopping experience—both in-store and online.
Your contributions will be pivotal in enhancing the brand image and achieving sales targets through quality service and trust-based relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional service, enhancing every customer interaction while promoting the brand, products, and loyalty programs.
Understand customer needs, passionately narrate product stories, and assist in their decision-making process.
Build long-term relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
Promote complementary and omnichannel sales (Click&Collect, Seek&Send, in-store tablets).
Actively contribute to achieving sales targets and team objectives.
Professionally manage any requests or complaints in collaboration with the manager.
Maintain the order, care, and image of the boutique (front and back) in line with brand standards.
Support the management of omnichannel flows and inventory activities.
Assist with cash management and operational procedures, adhering to company policies.
