Responsibilities:
- Maintain awareness of personal sales targets, including KPIs, while supporting the management team to consistently meet departmental and store goals using company tools such as staff training, product knowledge, and daily floor planning.
- Implement the training provided through the company logbook to maximize sales by warmly welcoming clients and introducing additional and alternative sales opportunities.
- Create and sustain a store environment that encourages sales while maintaining high energy levels.
- Develop and nurture client relationships to enhance sales and improve client retention.
- Actively engage in training sessions and share knowledge to contribute to overall team success.
