About Co-founder
Co-founder is at the forefront of developing an autonomous agent platform that seamlessly integrates with essential tools such as Gmail, Slack, Notion, Linear, Google Workspace, GitHub, and Airtable. Our mission is to create a powerful operating system tailored for one-person billion-dollar companies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product development for the agent experience, encompassing workflows, integrations, and UI/UX design.
Design and refine workflows: creation, management of execution criteria, reliability, and observability.
Expand and enhance integrations, while ensuring depth in existing connections.
Innovate UI/UX to craft unique and engaging human-agent interactions.
Apply product intuition to simplify complex user experiences, ensuring they remain powerful yet user-friendly.
Deliver features across the technology stack, maintaining a close feedback loop with users (frontend and backend).
Enhance performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of agent operations and workflow executions.
Develop instrumentation, analytics, and developer tools to accelerate the iteration process.
Uphold high standards for code quality, including testing, observability, and comprehensive documentation.
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience in building and launching user-facing products from start to finish.
Frontend expertise: Proficient in React/Next.js (or equivalent), TypeScript; knowledgeable in component-driven development, performance profiling, accessibility, data management, and UI optimizations.
Backend proficiency: Skilled in Python FastAPI, background workers/queues, webhooks, and Postgres (or equivalent) for schema design, transactions, and migrations.
Strong foundation in testing and observability practices (unit/integration tests, metrics, traces, structured logging).
Proactive approach to shipping: focus on delivering minimal viable products quickly, instrumenting, and iterating based on user feedback.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with event-driven architectures (e.g., Inngest/Temporal), WebSockets, and real-time user interfaces.
Familiarity with LLM/agent dynamics: tool usage patterns, prompt management, safety mechanisms, and evaluation strategies.
Knowledge of infrastructural tools (e.g., Render, Modal, Supabase, Redis Cloud, or similar), as well as CI/CD processes and feature flagging.
