Your Responsibilities:
Main point of contact for employment law inquiries within the corporate group
Close support in decision-making processes with short pathways and, if necessary, out-of-court and court implementation
Active influence on personnel management by drafting recommendations and action directives
Consultation for employees and management based on current case law
Analysis of complex issues and development of practical, legally secure solutions
Further development and standardization of guidelines, processes, and employment law standards
Support in the creation, review, and optimization of employment law documents
Court and out-of-court representation of the employer's interests
Interdisciplinary collaboration with relevant departments
Optional involvement in collective, social, or labor law topics
