In this role, you will manage the entire lifecycle of construction projects, acting as the primary liaison between clients and the project team. You'll oversee vendors, materials, project performance, and engage directly in construction activities on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and guide general contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure timely project completion within contractual obligations.
- Review construction contracts and payment requests, ensuring adherence to detailed checklists.
- Monitor compliance of contractors with EquipmentShare’s building standards and project timelines.
- Conduct thorough audits of documentation and electronic reports, rectifying errors as necessary.
- Oversee change order requests, including evaluation, negotiation, and approval of modifications.
- Evaluate new store plans, covering civil, architectural, engineering, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and more.
- Conduct quarterly audits to ensure effective design of EquipmentShare locations according to Standard Criteria Plans.
- Prepare comprehensive bid documents, including invitations to bid, addendums, and relevant information.
- Survey existing buildings and outline the scope of work with required inspections.
- Identify potential new EquipmentShare locations within the designated region.
- Develop scopes and budgets for renovations of existing buildings to convert them into new EquipmentShare locations.
