In this role, you will play a crucial part in growing our customer base by developing relationships with contractors and principals in the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a defined territory, executing full sales strategies including market analysis, sales forecasting, and revenue growth through effective contract negotiation and customer retention.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads and manage inquiries using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Drive new business development and account growth by building strong relationships with contractors and construction company leaders, showcasing how EquipmentShare can help them optimize their operations.
- Foster and maintain existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction with EquipmentShare services, keeping clients informed of new solutions that enhance their business.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and conduct engaging sales presentations to both prospective and current clients.
- Innovate and implement new sales strategies to expand our market presence and elevate customer experiences.
