The Role
We are on the lookout for future product leaders, regardless of whether you have previously held the title of Product Manager. Many of our most successful PMs have transitioned from backgrounds in consulting, engineering, finance, operations, or startups. If you are enthusiastic about shifting from advisory or analytical roles to product development, we are here to support you in mastering the craft of product management. Your ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and navigate intricate challenges is what matters most. If this opportunity excites you, we encourage you to apply.
Our Product Managers spearhead high-impact initiatives across Neo: from enhancing product experiences within our app to launching new business lines and scaling internal platforms. If you possess strong product acumen and thrive in fast-paced environments, we will match you with the right challenges. This role transcends merely managing a product roadmap; it involves discerning what we should develop, understanding its significance, and bringing it to fruition.
You will collaborate closely with a tight-knit team of designers and engineers, addressing real-world challenges for millions of Canadians. This may involve shaping long-term strategies, creating prototypes, conducting experiments, analyzing data, or engaging directly with customers. You will be expected to think strategically and execute effectively.
