In this role, you will focus on expanding our existing customer base by cultivating strong relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a designated territory and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, including market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, contract negotiation, and customer retention.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries, utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems effectively.
- Drive new business development and client acquisition by educating contractors and construction company principals on how EquipmentShare can enhance their operational efficiency and profitability.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our services and keeping them informed about new solutions that can benefit their business.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints swiftly, and conduct sales presentations to both prospective and existing customers.
- Develop innovative sales strategies and techniques to enhance market share and improve customer experiences.
