In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our customer base by establishing strong relationships with contractors and construction company leaders.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee territory management, executing full sales strategies including market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, contract negotiations, and customer retention.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries, utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems efficiently.
- Drive new business development and client acquisition, educating potential customers on how EquipmentShare can enhance their operations.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with existing customers, ensuring they are fully satisfied with our services and aware of new offerings.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively, and conduct engaging sales presentations.
- Innovate and implement new sales strategies to expand market share and elevate customer experience.
