As a Territory Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base by fostering relationships with contractors and construction company leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a designated territory, executing comprehensive sales strategies that encompass market analysis, forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth, alongside contract negotiations and customer retention.
- Respond swiftly to inbound leads and requests, leveraging Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems effectively.
- Drive new business development and account growth by establishing relationships with contractors and construction company leaders. Educate them on how EquipmentShare can enhance their efficiency and profitability.
- Maintain and cultivate existing customer relationships to ensure complete satisfaction with our service levels and support. Keep clients informed about new solutions that enhance their business.
- Promptly address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and other communications. Conduct sales presentations for prospective and current customers.
- Develop innovative sales strategies and techniques to expand our market presence and enrich customer experiences.
