In this role, you will focus on expanding our customer base by fostering relationships with contractors and construction company leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a designated territory, executing comprehensive sales strategies including market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, contract negotiations, and customer retention.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries, leveraging Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems effectively.
- Drive new business development and account growth by establishing strong relationships with contractors, educating them on how EquipmentShare can enhance their operations and profitability.
- Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to ensure complete satisfaction with EquipmentShare’s services and solutions.
- Quickly address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests while conducting engaging sales presentations.
- Develop innovative sales strategies to increase market share and enhance customer experience.
