About the job
Are you a seasoned professional in garment manufacturing quality control with a passion for advancing AI technologies? As artificial intelligence continues to revolutionize global manufacturing practices, your expertise is crucial in training AI systems to understand quality standards, inspection processes, and factory workflows. This role is pivotal in ensuring AI models are equipped with accurate, real-world data derived from industry practitioners like you.
We invite applications from Garment Manufacturing QC Specialists who possess hands-on experience in inspecting garments and finished products within factory settings. You will engage with AI models by presenting real-world quality control scenarios, including defect detection, measurement tolerances, stitching quality, material consistency, finishing standards, and production compliance. This project emphasizes assessing the AI’s comprehension of manufacturing workflows, common failure points, and quality decision-making at scale.
On a daily basis, your responsibilities will involve reviewing garment quality inspection scenarios with the AI, verifying the alignment of model reasoning with actual factory QC practices, evaluating defect classification and severity assessments, analyzing inspection workflows throughout production stages, capturing recurring model errors, and recommending enhancements to training prompts and evaluation criteria.
While advanced technical education is not a prerequisite, a strong background in garment manufacturing environments is highly desirable, including knowledge of sewing outputs, production lines, and inspection checkpoints. Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate quality assessments and production realities are essential.
Are you ready to leverage your garment manufacturing QC expertise to shape the future of AI? Apply now and contribute to the development of models that will enhance manufacturing quality worldwide.
