The GenAI Platform Lead position is a highly technical role focused on the architecture, deployment, and management of scalable AI infrastructure on Azure. You will be pivotal in establishing the core framework of the Bank’s AI strategies, incorporating Machine Learning Operations (MLOps), containerization, and solid data engineering methodologies. Utilizing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and cutting-edge cloud-native services, you will guarantee that AI applications are secure, efficient, and adhere to global banking standards. This role serves as the vital link between raw data and production-ready AI, enabling Data Scientists and Engineers to implement impactful solutions at scale.
As the GenAI Platform Lead, your key responsibilities will include:
- Constructing and overseeing scalable AI environments with Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure Functions.
- Creating and managing CI/CD pipelines for the automated deployment, versioning (MLflow), and monitoring of models using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Driving 'Infrastructure as Code' (IaC) initiatives with Terraform to streamline resource provisioning and maintain environment consistency.
- Setting up secure networking (Firewalls, VNETs, NSGs) and managing access controls utilizing Azure RBAC, Key Vault, and Azure Policy.
- Designing and executing data pipelines with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse Analytics to support real-time data ingestion and warehousing.
- Monitoring model performance, data drift, and infrastructure expenses via Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Cost Management tools.
- Coordinating and supervising team activities, ensuring objectives align with ADCB’s policies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Providing support, coaching, and mentoring to junior team members when necessary.
- Handling additional responsibilities as requested by management.
