About Wilson Blanchard:
Wilson Blanchard Management, an Associa® Company, is made up of a team of dedicated Condominium Managers, Administrators, and Accounting professionals. Together, alongside our committed support team, we strive to provide exceptional service to over 42,000 condo unit owners every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to condominium owners and residents.
- Organize and attend Board meetings, record meeting minutes, and facilitate annual general meetings and other owners’ meetings as required.
- Conduct comprehensive site inspections and complete monthly manager reports.
- Create annual operating and reserve fund budgets.
- Oversee projects, manage emergencies, contracts, and contractors.
- Handle financial matters, including budgeting, expense analysis, and invoice review.
Qualifications:
- Must meet all annual licensing requirements set by the CMRAO.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external customers.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization capabilities; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills, with the capacity to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
- Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with relevant legislation, including the Condominium Act of Ontario.
- Experience using Yardi or similar financial management software.
Salary: CA$90,000.00 per year
