What We’re Seeking:
• A minimum of one year of General Manager experience in a fast-paced service setting.
• Proficiency in basic operational procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Proven experience in recruiting, retaining, and developing team members.
• Strong leadership skills to promote team member engagement and food safety protocols.
• Outstanding customer service abilities.
• Competence in operating and troubleshooting technology (POS systems, ATS, etc.).
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record that meets company standards is preferred.
