As a General Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of delivery drivers and customer service representatives, ensuring that every order is handled efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of delivery drivers and customer service representatives to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Manage bank deposits and conduct nightly inventory counts during closing shifts.
- Prepare the store for daily operations, ensuring readiness to serve customers at opening time.
- Instill a culture of urgency to ensure prompt service for every order.
- Ensure compliance with Domino's Operation Evaluation Review standards throughout store operations.
- Communicate effectively with other management and staff regarding all aspects that influence business operations.
- Calculate and manage product and ingredient requirements for bi-weekly deliveries.
- Provide comprehensive training for the General Manager in Training (GMIT) on all facets of store operations.
- Maintain optimal staffing levels based on anticipated business needs.
- Develop and manage employee schedules in accordance with labor requirements.
- Collect payments and verify signed credit card receipts from delivery drivers at their shift's conclusion.
- Handle customer disputes with a focus on retaining unhappy customers.
- Ensure delivery vehicles meet all inspection standards for safety and appearance.
- Assist in routing delivery drivers to enhance customer service while adhering to Domino's delivery standards.
- Read and interpret Profit & Loss (P&L) statements effectively.
- Uphold Domino's grooming, uniform, and appearance standards.
- Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions to drive sales.
- Participate in cross-training for various store roles, including food preparation and delivery processes.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers, both in-person and via phone.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, using a computer-based order entry system.
- Encourage a collaborative and energetic team atmosphere.
