What We're Looking For:
• At least one year of prior experience as a General Manager in a fast-paced service setting
• Proficiency in operational procedures and cost management
• Background in recruiting, retaining, and developing a diverse team
• Strong capability to lead and enforce team member and food safety protocols
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to navigate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record that meets company standards preferred.
