The General Manager is tasked with fostering a positive work environment while ensuring operational excellence and driving profitable sales. You will lead the restaurant in accordance with Dunkin' Donuts standards, franchisee expectations, and all relevant regulations.
Responsibilities:
Team Development:
- Recruit, train, and nurture employees to build a high-performing team.
- Clearly communicate job expectations and performance standards.
- Evaluate employee performance through regular appraisals and constructive feedback.
- Provide coaching and address disciplinary actions when necessary.
Operational Excellence:
- Establish and maintain a guest-first culture throughout the restaurant.
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet service goals.
- Uphold safety, food safety, and sanitation standards to create a secure working environment.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards and operational systems.
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance productivity, quality, and guest service.
- Conduct audits and create strategies for continuous improvement.
Profitability Management:
- Monitor and control costs to maximize profitability.
- Execute timely in-restaurant marketing initiatives.
- Facilitate new product launches, including team training and promotional efforts.
- Set and track sales targets to measure success.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English.
- Strong mathematical and financial management skills.
- Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles.
- Minimum age of 18 years, where applicable.
- High School diploma or equivalent educational background.
