Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service excellence.
- Train, mentor, and assess staff performance to ensure high-quality service and an outstanding customer experience.
- Formulate and execute strategies to boost profitability while ensuring financial stability.
- Promote a positive workplace culture that fosters teamwork, creativity, and open dialogue.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
- Provide top-notch customer service and address complaints swiftly and professionally.
- Analyze customer feedback to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in restaurant management.
