As the General Manager at Papa John's Pizza, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring our commitment to quality products and exceptional customer service while maximizing profitability. You will be an autonomous leader who makes informed decisions and fosters a sense of pride and accountability among your team members.
Your role includes managing operational functions in line with company policies, procedures, and systems while adhering to all applicable laws and ethical standards. You will cultivate a quality-driven environment where every product meets Papa John’s high standards and accurately reflects customer orders.
You will proactively address customer concerns, gather feedback from both customers and team members, and implement improvements to enhance restaurant operations and promote brand loyalty. In addition, you will be responsible for recruiting dedicated team members, ensuring adequate staffing levels based on projected sales, and providing comprehensive training to exceed customer expectations. Your leadership will create a vibrant atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and enjoyment.
You will also manage profit targets, control food, labor, and other variable costs, and correct any discrepancies using our PROFIT System. Furthermore, you will maintain the restaurant's cleanliness, ensure it is fully equipped, and keep all equipment in optimal working condition.
