As a General Manager, you are expected to uphold the highest standards of friendliness and cleanliness while also achieving excellent financial results. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing cash handling, deposits, inventory management, purchasing, and payroll validation.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Maintaining a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends, with a commitment of 45-50 hours per week during peak business hours.
- Lifting up to 15-20 lbs for inventory management tasks.
- Possessing computer proficiency.
- Undergoing background and credit checks, and holding a valid driver’s license.
- Having a Food Safety Certificate and preferably a college degree (or equivalent experience).
Our General Managers must work a minimum of five days and 45 hours each week, including at least two weekend evenings, and must adhere to a schedule that meets our operational needs, particularly during peak revenue periods.
