ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead restaurant operations to achieve excellence and a 5 Star Status.
- Enhance the Domino’s brand image through professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills.
- Analyze daily sales data, manage food costs, and oversee labor adjustments effectively.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Facilitate thorough training for team members.
- Maintain an outstanding level of customer service.
- Inspire and motivate staff by setting a strong example.
- Safeguard cash, inventory, and assets following company protocols.
ALL TEAM MEMBER GENERAL JOB DUTIES
- Operate all necessary restaurant equipment.
- Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and work areas.
- Prepare food products.
- Process telephone orders efficiently.
- Conduct inventory checks and maintain related paperwork.
- Ensure cleanliness of equipment and the facility on a daily basis.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- One year of management experience preferred, ideally within Domino's.
- At least 18 years old with the ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Must meet the company's image standards.
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years of driving history and an insured vehicle for manager duties.
- Capability to direct tasks, handle repetitive functions, and work independently as well as collaboratively under pressure.
- Flexible availability to meet the operational needs of the restaurant.
