Your Responsibilities
Guide your team by effectively balancing workforce management, operational standards, and business objectives. Foster an inclusive atmosphere while mentoring talent, utilizing technology to enhance efficiency and profitability. Uphold exceptional standards of food safety, quality, and cleanliness, while remaining adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Team Leadership: Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, nurturing a culture of trust, transparency, and inclusivity. Ensure compliance, provide timely feedback, and develop a diverse talent pipeline.
- Food Safety & Operations: Ensure adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance standards, addressing facility and supply challenges while prioritizing team safety.
- Customer Experience: Create inviting, clean, and brand-consistent environments, leveraging guest feedback and data to make informed decisions.
- Financial Acumen: Propel sales and profits by analyzing business reports, managing costs, implementing strategic initiatives, and optimizing scheduling in alignment with business goals.
- Systems & Technology: Manage all operational systems, troubleshoot issues, and prioritize daily operations to deliver seamless experiences for both guests and team members.
- Career Development: Fulfill all essential functions outlined for Assistant Coaches, including responsibilities from Shift Leaders, Kitchen Leads, and Team Members.
What Sets You Apart
- Proven experience in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant settings.
- Hands-on familiarity with local, organic, and sustainable products.
- Current ServSafe Manager or Regional Manager Food Safety Certification.
- Proficient in utilizing digital tools for operational management, reporting, and team communication.
- Strong financial understanding, including budget management, labor control, and P&L oversight.
- Demonstrated success in hiring, coaching, and nurturing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional adaptability and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments.
- A data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
