We are seeking a dynamic Ad Sales Account Executive fluent in German to spearhead revenue generation by identifying, acquiring, and managing advertising clients across various digital platforms. This hybrid position encompasses elements of Business Development, comprehensive Sales, and initial Account Management. Your role will involve pinpointing high-potential prospects, executing strategic outreach initiatives, conducting thorough discovery sessions, closing new business deals, and guiding accounts through their initial onboarding phase. Your efforts will directly influence client success and the overall efficacy of our advertising operations.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Develop, validate, and prioritize outbound target lists to concentrate on high-value accounts.
- Implement targeted outreach strategies in concert with sales leadership.
- Engage in high-volume, high-quality communication (calls, emails, social media) with key decision-makers.
- Identify and cultivate new leads through market analysis, relationship-building, and participation in industry events.
- Conduct comprehensive discovery calls to evaluate client needs and advertising goals.
Sales Strategy & Consultative Engagement
- Perform detailed needs assessments to grasp client objectives, target audiences, and budgetary limits.
- Craft compelling, customized sales presentations that showcase the benefits of our advertising solutions.
- Lead influential sales discussions with stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Formulate tailored advertising proposals that align with client marketing strategies.
Comprehensive Sales Cycle & Revenue Generation
- Manage the complete sales process from qualified lead to finalized contracts.
- Negotiate terms and successfully close new business opportunities while ensuring a smooth transition to account management.
- Meet and surpass revenue objectives and activity KPIs.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Initial Account Management & Client Satisfaction
- Act as the primary liaison during the first 90 days following contract closure.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights and optimization strategies.
- Foster strong, trust-based relationships to ensure immediate client success and long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams (ad operations, creative strategy, analytics) to deliver exceptional solutions.
