About the Team:
Our team collaborates closely with the Directed Content and 1x1 Call Services divisions to provide timely channel checks and voice-of-customer interviews. This work reveals real-time demand signals, competitive dynamics, and purchasing behaviors across priority industry verticals. By accurately identifying and engaging the right operators, distributors, and end-customers at strategic moments throughout the quarter, we enable investors to uncover actionable insights.
The Channel & Customer Research (CCR) team specializes in scalable primary research, delivering real-time insights into company performance and industry conditions through structured conversations with distributors, resellers, suppliers, consultants, and other stakeholders. Utilizing AlphaSense's AI Interviewer technology, we continuously conduct structured expert interviews, expanding our coverage while ensuring consistency and analytical rigor. CCR provides investors and corporate users with ongoing channel research, offering a comprehensive view of demand trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving market conditions.
About the Role:
