As a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best service possible through various platforms, including email, live chat, and social media. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries with a focus on achieving first-contact resolution.
- Meeting agreed response times for all customer queries.
- Delivering an exceptional customer care experience to every client.
- Meeting set KPIs while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Managing customer interactions across multiple channels, including Social Media, Email, and Live Chat.
- Collaborating with fellow Customer Care colleagues to identify patterns and trends in customer queries.
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Fluency in both German and English is essential.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, whether face-to-face or within a contact center environment.
- Proficient PC skills and typing ability.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented with a strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility to accommodate varying shift patterns.
Our office operates 24/7, requiring you to work a shift rota of 5 days per week, including one weekend every three weeks. Shifts are flexible, with start times ranging from 06:00 to 13:00.
£18,000 - £19,000, plus flexible benefits of £500 and a night shift allowance totaling £4,800!
