Key Responsibilities
Engage senior stakeholders (VP, C-level) to comprehend their business challenges, demonstrate the value of AI-enhanced design, and collaboratively create strategic solution roadmaps.
Transform business needs into actionable technical solutions utilizing NC's platform, working in close partnership with customer engineering teams and internal developers.
Facilitate the adoption of AI technologies — from initial proof-of-concept stages to full integration — ensuring customer teams are equipped and confident in new workflows.
Serve as a bridge between customer requirements and NC’s product development, offering insights that contribute to continuous platform improvement.
Your Profile
Exceptional communicator and trusted advisor, adept at engaging with senior stakeholders, building quick relationships, and aligning teams on complex issues.
Proven experience in end-to-end solution design, from identifying business needs to developing concrete technical strategies.
Comfortable in customer-facing roles, capable of navigating both executive dialogues and detailed technical discussions with engineering teams.
Possess a Master’s or PhD in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
