Utilize your expertise in the Electric and Gas Energy Utility sector to educate, inspire, and engage both Esri users and potential clients within the Energy Utility landscape. Your role will involve identifying, designing, and implementing strategic marketing campaigns aimed at achieving specific objectives. As a specialist in this industry, you will conduct thorough research and analysis on financial, technological, and other dynamics impacting the Energy Utility market, collaborating closely with key internal teams to define, execute, and assess the Energy Utility marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Industry Managers and cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product development, professional services, international distributors, educational initiatives, and partner relations to effectively execute campaign strategies.
- Generate a consistent flow of engaging content (e.g., webinars, customer success stories, eBooks, social media posts, blogs) that enhances awareness, fosters demand, and builds community.
- Employ your industry knowledge, research acumen, writing expertise, and collaborative spirit.
- Plan, coordinate logistics, and actively participate in events such as conferences, tradeshows, seminars, webinars, and user group meetings.
- Enhance the Energy Utility community presence on social media and within the Esri Community.
- Work in tandem with marketing professionals to create, manage, and implement campaign tactics, ensuring effective internal communications to achieve team objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively liaise with internal and external stakeholders to drive initiatives forward.
- Produce content leveraging industry insights, research, and professional relationships, including presentations, StoryMaps, eBooks, articles, technical papers, and media communications.
- Conduct research and provide strategic recommendations on industry positioning, securing validation from both internal and external experts.
- Develop in-depth GIS expertise to provide industry insights supporting internal inquiries, partner interactions, and customer engagements.
