Safety Leadership: Exemplify safety protocols by consistently wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE) without exception.
Start-Up Management: Ensure schedules are prepared and distributed to all line leads, clearly outlining their tasks for the shift.
Schedule Monitoring: Maintain awareness of each line's schedule and progress throughout the shift.
Punctuality Oversight: Ensure all line leads arrive on time and are present for their shifts.
Lead Meetings: Independently conduct meetings with leads to discuss areas for improvement and address production-related issues.
New Hire Onboarding: Actively participate in the onboarding process for new hires by pairing them with experienced team members and checking in on their training progress throughout the shift.
Production Board Maintenance: Verify that production boards are updated regularly and address any discrepancies promptly.
Remake Prioritization: Ensure remakes are prioritized on the production lines and troubleshoot any issues with leads if priorities are not being met.
Fall Out Management: Monitor and ensure leads maintain complete carts throughout the shift, following up as necessary.
Downtime Management: Proactively address downtime by ensuring team members remain productive through cleaning or other tasks during breaks.
Production Improvement: Assist in driving production targets by identifying and resolving issues affecting throughput.
