As a Glazing Service Account Manager at Flynn, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our glazing service business. Your responsibilities will include forging strong relationships with customers, preparing precise estimates, and overseeing daily service operations. This position supports both business development and glazing operations within our branch.

A Day in the Life:
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with glazing clients and prospects.
Engage with customers to understand their glazing needs and deliver customized repair or replacement solutions.
Generate accurate glazing takeoffs, estimates, proposals, and work orders.
Analyze glazing drawings, specifications, scope, and contract requirements.
Follow up on glazing quotes, tenders, inspections, and service opportunities.
Participate in client meetings and industry-related events.
Lead, schedule, and support our glazing Service Technicians and field crews.
Dispatch glazing technicians with complete job information, drawings, and safety protocols.
Conduct site inspections to evaluate glazing repair work, quality, safety, and training needs.
Provide technical guidance on glazing repairs, replacements, leak investigations, and service recommendations.
Thoroughly document glazing change orders, site conditions, service requests, and project updates.
What We Are Seeking:
Experience in a glazing environment is essential; experience in service roofing or sales is a valuable asset.
Outstanding communication and organizational skills, coupled with effective time management capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
