ABOUT THE ROLE
- In the position of Global AI-Enhanced Quality Manager, you will shape the future of quality at SharkNinja. You will lead the establishment of global quality assurance standards across both human and AI-assisted channels, ensuring the delivery of empathetic, consistent, and high-quality consumer experiences worldwide. Your mission will be to modernize our quality approach, evolving from traditional sampling methods to intelligent, AI-informed assessments, while fostering trust in our programs and reinforcing our Hear It, Feel It, Fix It philosophy. Collaboration with our Technology team will be essential in influencing tool advancements, and you will work closely with regional leaders to ensure global standards are aligned with local nuances.
