The Global Alliances Program Manager is pivotal in enhancing and executing Ensono's strategic alliances with leading Hyperscaler partners such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS). This role encompasses the management of daily alliance program functions, funding operations, administration of partner portals, sales coordination, audit management, and comprehensive program reporting.
This position demands a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, collaborating across global teams, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Hyperscaler Alliance Program Management
- Oversee the daily operations of core Azure and AWS funding initiatives.
- Facilitate and manage seller funding requests for client projects.
- Act as the primary liaison between Ensono delivery teams and partner program managers.
- Monitor and manage program alterations, escalations, approvals, and delivery milestones to ensure adherence to compliance.
2. Partner Portal Administration
- Manage the daily operations of Azure and AWS partner portals.
- Generate and submit referrals, opportunities, and program entries.
- Handle incoming and outgoing leads, ensuring prompt updates and communication with the sales team.
- Ensure data accuracy, program integrity, and compliance within partner systems.
3. Sales Meeting Coordination
- Plan and coordinate regular partner sales meetings.
- Develop and distribute meeting agendas.
- Document and circulate detailed post-meeting minutes and action items.
- Track follow-ups and ensure all commitments are fulfilled across global stakeholders.
4. Audit & Compliance Management
- Lead and manage audit-related activities tied to alliance programs.
- Project manage the entire audit process, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Track attendance, document discussions, and ensure all compliance requirements are met.
5. Program Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all alliance programs.
- Prepare and present regular reports on program performance metrics.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
