As the Global Growth Lead at Passage, you will spearhead initiatives aimed at expanding our global network of recruitment partners. Your primary focus will be to nurture a portfolio of top-performing agencies, guiding them in scaling their student recruitment efforts for Canada. You will ensure every student successfully transitions from application to their arrival, making this role perfect for a results-oriented B2B account manager with extensive knowledge of the study abroad sector, particularly within the Canadian admissions and visa framework.

Your Responsibilities
Partner Management
Cultivate and enhance relationships with global recruitment agents to optimize enrollment figures.
Act as the primary contact, providing proactive guidance and operational assistance.
Expand Passage’s market presence through partner engagement, training, and empowerment initiatives.
Ensure partners effectively implement and utilize Passage’s digital tools and processes.
Maintain compliance and uphold ethical standards in all partner interactions.
Sales & Growth Management
Take ownership of achieving intake-specific sales and enrollment objectives.
Design and implement partner activation strategies including visits, training, marketing initiatives, and student engagement events.
Analyze partner performance using CRM data to identify avenues for growth.
