Global IS Practice Manager - Integration
- Establish and manage OPmobility’s Global Integration practice in India.
- Collaborate with Architecture, Innovation and Technology Office (ITO), Security, and Data teams to implement best practices, including the reuse of common data models, interface reuse, security protocols, error management, and cost optimization.
- Oversee architecture and project teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project changes, including detailed specifications and timelines.
- Track the utilization of integration software by data teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and addressing challenges.
- Coordinate with ITO and operational teams to maintain compliance with global SLAs for integration software.
- Lead and mentor the Integration Practice Team, including Integration Platform as a Service Leaders, ETL Leaders, and IoT/Connectivity Specialists.
- Manage the Digital Solutions practice budget while ensuring a positive return on investment.
- Work with the Chief Enterprise Architect to streamline tools and methodologies.
- Encourage industrial and agile work methodologies, complete with associated KPIs and cost averages.
- Engineering degree, preferably in information systems.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in digital development, with at least 5 years leading an integration practice delivery team in an Agile environment.
- Proven ability to build and manage remote teams, coordinating multiple delivery teams across different regions.
- Experience in managing team dynamics and challenges effectively.
