YOUR MISSION:
As our new Global Partnerships Manager - BPO, you will take the lead in expanding and nurturing a network of global BPO partnerships that align with our strategic business goals. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying potential BPO partners, cultivating impactful relationships, and formulating and executing growth strategies to meet revenue objectives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams—such as sales, marketing, and technical experts—you will ensure the successful realization of joint initiatives. At Parloa, we are transforming the customer service sector and redefining the global landscape for BPOs with our cutting-edge AI-driven platform.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Identify, qualify, and onboard new global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives to foster revenue growth and enhance customer retention.
- Develop tailored business plans for your partner portfolio to achieve revenue goals and attract new customers.
- Lead negotiations to create partnership agreements that deliver shared value and align with long-term objectives, optimizing resource allocation, revenue sharing, and risk management.
- Manage partner relationships comprehensively, ensuring effective communication channels are in place.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to ensure partner success.
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies with BPOs, incorporating effective marketing and commercial enablement initiatives.
