About the Role:
The Global People Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle. This individual serves as a vital operational partner, providing timely responses to employee inquiries, ensuring accurate data management, and facilitating smooth onboarding and offboarding processes. With an emphasis on detail, organization, and service, the Coordinator will help uphold compliance and operational efficiency while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all employees.
What You’ll Do:
Act as the primary contact for all People Operations inquiries via various platforms, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
Provide tier 1 support to the People Team, including responding to employee questions, assisting with system usage, managing complaints, and verifying employment.
Effectively escalate tier 2 support issues that require more complex resolution.
